Neighborhoods We Serve Valley-Wide
From our base near Downtown Summerlin, we coat garages across the valley:
- West valley: Spring Valley, Enterprise, Rhodes Ranch, Southern Highlands
- Northwest valley: Centennial Hills, Skye Canyon, Lone Mountain
- East and south: Henderson, Paradise, North Las Vegas
Each area page covers the local housing stock and concrete conditions we see there. Full list: service areas.
One Standard, Tuned to Each Slab
Valley-wide service does not mean one-size-fits-all. New Skye Canyon slabs need light prep and move-in timing; older Paradise and Green Valley slabs need heavy remediation; Southern Highlands RV bays need load-rated build. The system and the prep follow the slab and the use, and the free assessment is where we determine both.
Every project gets diamond grinding, crack repair, and a UV-stable topcoat as standard. That baseline is what lets our floors carry 10 to 20 year lifespans for epoxy and 15 to 20 for polyaspartic.
More Than Garages
Beyond garages, we coat pool decks for valley backyards, commercial floors for warehouses, shops, and kitchens, and metallic epoxy for showpiece spaces. Many clients bundle the garage with the pool deck or patio in a single project.
