Our Process: From Bare Concrete to Finished Floor

Coating failures are almost always prep failures. Our process is built around that fact:

1. Free on-site assessment. We measure the space, test for moisture, and inspect cracks, oil staining, and any existing coating.
2. Diamond grinding. We mechanically grind every square foot to open the concrete profile. We do not rely on acid etching, which gives an inconsistent bond.
3. Repair and remediation. Cracks get filled, spalls get patched, and oil contamination gets treated or ground out before resin touches the floor.
